Completely satisfied with my home security system. The security consultant, customer service, and the installer were all great. My home is well secured and I'm happy to support a local company as well.
ADS purposelly pushing you to replace parts. After that they they telling you one price and they will mark up the prices on parts 100% and send you ridiculous invoice. Not good company, They have no idea what customer service is. Low quality service, all about money and screwing over customers
