Love this company and system! I had many different homes with security systems, and this current one is the best. Easy to operate, and love the convenience of using phone to operate our alarm. I highly recommend this company!
Unskilled, untrained, unqualified technicians. Even “management” is unknowledgeable about older and newer systems. RACIST owner & staff. Staff talks horrible about loyal customers. High staff turn over rate. Unknowledgeable admin to where you either have to wait on hold for long periods of time or someone has to call you back with a half correct answer. EXTREMELY RUDE. Got alarm installed today after being referred by 2 friends. The alarm center team were very help. They asked for my opinion, cleaned their mess, provided excellent instructions, answered questions, etc. I'll be recommending/referring to others.
Alarm Center Security just finished installing our Alarm system and the experience couldn't have been any better! Everyone we've talked to is incredibly friendly. They worked around our busy schedule for the installation, arriving right on time. The installation team was professional and answered all of our questions. They showed us how to work the system and some cool "tips and tricks". I look forward to being an Alarm Center customer for a long, long time and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I went up to their new location off of Siegen and Sherwood not know what to expect. I went there really early and every person i met had a smile on their face and were so polite! They either all had their coffee or were very well trained.
After meeting the company President in a non-related environment, I was impressed with him alone to find out more information about their alarm monitoring services. The company is local, the rate is lower than the national chain that kept increasing their rates, and the service has been great. Our system is an older system that was in the house when I bought it, but the the installer got the information needed to switch over the monitoring and answered any questions we had.
