Call in middle of night and wake you up for “error” or “trouble” calls even after repeatedly being told not to call unless it’s a real fire alarm or burglar alarm.
Incompetent with putting alarm in test mode. Causes false alarms and fire department dispatched wasting their resources and time and can cause fines for the property. Even after emailing our rep multiple times, calling in the tests and speaking with multiple people. Another monitoring company we implemented set a weekly auto schedule for our generator test and never had issues and was very proactive.
Great place to have your alarm monitoring needs. Very good employees.
