Awesome instructors. A great place to get great exercise!
Love that she keeps the classes small. It's like having a personal trainer. She's able to keep an eye on our form to ensure we are being safe and getting the most of our training. Classes have a lot of variety that I appreciate. I've been with her for over 2 years and have never gotten bored.
