Hello, my grandma has been going to this clinic since 2010 (7 years) and we have had nothing but good experiences here. Most of the staff are bilingual and helps me out alot since my grandma only speaks spanish and I could only translate so much. Everyone here are very friendly and the negative reviews are confusing. This is a really good clinic and give it a chance, you have to experience it yourself they don't dissapoint.

While speaking to Elba O'Neill she was very excited to do this review. She's been a Patient of Dr. Rene Alarcon for 10 years, "I really like the Dr. He is very respectfull and attentive every time I come to see him". "I would not change of Doctor". I don't even want to give this doctor 1 star ! He is horrible ! Unprofessional . I'm not sure where he got his degree at but they need to take it away !

Amanda Marie, I had a very similar experience. I just started seeing Dr. Alarcon and he is just awful! I could go on and on with each visit but it's pointless. The last visit, I told him I felt like I had fluid in my ears. I knew I did because it sounded like I was swimming in a pool! He looked at my ears and told me I didn't. I looked at him and said "um ok? So," and before I could ask a single question he said "if you don't believe me you can go see another doctor"! I was shocked! Dumbfounded actually.
