Khaled is nice enough guy, he even delivered the car to my home. However he talks out of both sides of his mouth. When negotiating he said he could not come down since he would have to do a lot to get it through a safety check. I said OK, how much would it be uncertified. Without hesitation or self reflection, he said I can't come down much, because it will not need much to certify. He sold the car with a declaration of a few issues. A truly honest and reliable auto dealer! Normally I stick to personal sales, but was not let down at all by choosing Alarabi. Transparent, kind and accommodating. Smashed all the stereotypes of used car salesman! I would recommend this lot to anyone. Got a very reliable Toyota Sienna that I am loving for a fair price. 10/10 experience overall! My daughter purchased her first car and they were very transparent and accommodating. Even stayed true to his word and after the purchase took care of an issue that I am sure many other dealerships would have just tried to pass the blame off. That gained our trust even more and we will certainly continue to recommend others to shop with him!
