Angela is a true expert on women's health; highly knowledgeable, insightful and professional. She has given me invaluable therapy and education throughout three pregnancies in the preparation for birth and postpartum recovery stages, for both natural and Caesarian deliveries. Not only can she determine areas of imbalance in the body, but she provides therapy and practical exercises to resolve these issues and provide optimal outcomes. Highly recommended!
I’ve gone here for a couple of sessions with Hannah and absolutely love this place! Reception is very friendly, and helpful. Hannah is amazing! From the moment you walk in the door the vibes are very calm and welcoming. Always look forward to coming here.
As a regular and ongoing customer of Alara Womens Health Tuggerah I can’t recommend them highly enough. Hannah (remedial massage) and Rachel (osteopath) are both highly knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic and amazing at their respective professions.
I had high hopes for this service. They did come highly recommended however my interactions with this company including the director have left me feeling quite defeated. My initial consult unfortunately was text book. The staff member was simply trying to check a box and when it could not be checked I was left with them printing me out a list of things to avoid whilst saying 'these don't really apply to you but I'll print them anyway'.
