I lived in Aventura in 3 different condomium last 5 years. This one is the worst.. Worst 1 year of my life passed there. They did everything to make residents life more difficult. No kids zone. Kids have to sit at home. Pool never worked. Dirty corridors. Wet floors, I myself fell 2 times when I walk in the wet corridors. One of 5 elevator always out of order. Tons of rules.
