Alante was founded by Kate Obermiller and Mollie Fick in March of 2018. Kate and Mollie have been colleagues in physical therapy for over 15 years and have both worked in many different therapy settings. They both had a vision of caring for their patients with compassion and the highest standard of care while also being able to take the time necessary to meet each individual's needs. They both have extensive training in their specialties and have multiple certifications to provide the most appropriate and current treatments available.
