Horrific customer service. Hole in the wall, poor parking.
I highly recommend you spoil yourself and fly with Alante Air Charter. They have a platinum service and treat you like gold. Alante is, without a doubt, the best Air Charter I’ve ever flown on. I always have full confidence in the professional flying skills of their pilots and I always feel secure as a passenger or with my family. My appreciation goes to the owners Ryan and Faye Hamilton for making my air travels so safe and pleasurable.
EXTREMELY poor customer service. We called ops (Kendall and Leanna) to coordinate and confirm an arrival for one of their aircrafts and for some reason that was something they are NOT willing to cooperate with. Ops will introduce themselves on the phone and purposely hangs up. This makes me think what type of corporate training they received to serve other airport staff with an awful attitude and unwelcoming demeanor. I wish any ops good luck trying to communicate with this company.
