So I went and got my Cadillac Escalade washed .As it was getting washed I heard something hit my windshield sound like a rock and hit side windshield of vehicle. I thought everything was good .I noticed what look like water on windshield. But when I got home the water I was seeing was not water it was a cracked windshield. I call Alan's car wash and told them I thought that there car wash damage my windshield. And he was rude and told me that not possible and they was not liable . Said to contact my insurance and hung up.
