I had to be towed in after being stranded a couple of hours from home. Everyone here was great! They were able to squeeze me in quickly to try to get me back on the road, offered to grab lunch for me while I waited, and got the necessary parts delivered within a couple hours. When my problem ended up being bigger than we'd hoped, they even went ahead and called the dealership to see if there was anything that could be done cost-wise. My sisters and I were driving from Chicago to Moline when my car started acting up. 2012 Buick Enclave. Alan and Mark were extremely helpful. They scanned my car and identified the problem. The process could not have been smoother for us. Alan and Mark referred us to Kyle at Green Family Chevrolet, East Moline. My car was fixed in 1 day!
