RESPOND TO KIRK S. worst machanic ever I took my car to Alan's Automotive for some work and it was the worst expererice i've very had in a machanic. He never fixed a problem that he said he fixed. He basically riped me off.

Alan's the Best! Alan/Alan's Auto is the only mechanic who had worked on my Saturn since I bought it in 2001. I trust Alan's Auto because Alan has always explained everything he finds that needs to be done on my vehicle and then prioritizes the repairs and gives me "guesstimates" as to how much longer the vehicle will be safe before each repair needs to be done, which ranges from three months to a year.
