This jackass robbed me blind. He knew damn well my car needed a motor and screwed me out of 2k in 'other' bs repairs first. Karma will bite him in the ass eventually.
I took my car to this mechanic to have several things done to my car. New brakes, tune up, oil change & new starter. Then I asked if he would be able to fix my heat since it wasn't working. He said he could do it. The first thing he tried didn't work, blowing the hoses out or something, then he said that the door that switches from a/c to heat was the issue, so he ATTEMPTED to fix that. Customers are constantly suing this mechanic because he is a crook. Look on the lake county court records. He has been to jail, dui, etc. is this someone you can trust your vehicle with? He overcharged on the estimate and atrociously labored on my vehicle. He kept my vehicle for over 4 months and had to go elsewhere to clean the carbs for that gunked up ethanol gas and shavings. The engine was littered with metal shavings inside the block when welding and sawing entering the valves leading it to destroy and lost compression.... read more
