Third time using Alan's auto glass. second time from the same guy. Friendly, fast, cheap, and they nailed it. The Chevrolet auto shop wanted to charge too much, and Safelite can suck it. These are my go-to guys from here on out.
Rock chipped my 2019 Toyota Camry on the way to Tennessee. Called safelite who quoted me at $799 claiming the calibration would cost over 400 extra and the vehicle needed a special type of windshield. Went to Alan’s auto glass and they quoted me at around 350 stating the vehicle didn’t need to be re-calibrated. Went with Alan’s and the vehicle still is calibrated and the window is fixed. Definitely recommend.
New Year’s Eve, the driver’s glass in my truck came off track. They quoted me $225 to replace the glass, which did not bother me since I needed it fixed ASAP. The guy showed up same day (drove from Hilton Head and I think his name was Victor), noticed that it was just off the track, and popped it right into place. He said since it was just a little bit of labor and there was no replacement parts, the work was on the house. I still tipped him, but from now on I am not going anywhere else. If you need glass replaced, this is the place. Charged me less than half of what Safelite wanted and had the glass I needed in stock for a 78 Ford Pickup. Will did a great job! I will be a repeat customer for the rest of my glass.
