Great communication and super friendly!
I am grateful that my husband and I recently replaced our garage plugs with GFCI on each circuit....our freezer went out, not knowing what the frick we called Alan's and set up an appointment to diagnose the problem; freon or compressor?!? Neither, some relay had shorted and melted the pins off the compressor, the GFCI shut down power to the freezer. We could have lost more than the quarter beef!
