To be honest Alano's is a total go to spot, that somehow pulls off a massive menu without sacrificing quality or breaking the bank. The staff is genuine welcoming and straight to the point, and you can always count on them to look out for you whether that means packing extra napkins or stepping up to fix a mistake right away. Thank you Alanos for being a peoples place. ♥️
Ordered a salad and a sub and specifically asked for fewer toppings on the sub. I was told it would take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes only for them to still make my order wrong. Terrible service and a complete waste of time. Never again.
Burger was unseasoned. Was expecting better but very disappointed, the fries had 0 taste to them and the cajun was very cheap seasoning there was no taste to it. Also was disappointed by the misleading ad but i was expecting that. Wouldn’t recommend or come again unless im starving and its end of the world. The chairs and table are dirty and layered with dust. The only good thing was the service given by the eldery lady at the front, she was very nice and patient
