I had never tried osteopathy before seeing Alana. She is kind, patient and very knowledgeable in her modality. She has massively helped to relieve chronic pain I've been experiencing. Would absolutely recommend her services to anyone in need!
Left hip discomfort, neck pain and sporadic knee pain were continual issues prior to a friend referring me to Alana. After the first treatment my hip issues completely resolved for a 2-weeks, and with further treatments all issues have tapered off. Playing sports and the odd tumble will keep me as a regular visitor. Osteopathy is very effective and does not hurt. A treatment feels no more painful than a good stretch session.
