Extremely disappointing and incompetent customer service. I placed my order almost two months ago and still have not received any of my items. Originally, this was meant to be a click and collect from the Bondi store. I was notified that my order was ready, drove over more than an hour to collect it, only to be told in store that none of my items could be found in back of house.
