Really disappointed with both the earring quality and the customer service post-purchase. I spent over $100 on a pair of earrings, and within just a few days of normal wear the backing came off, resulting in me losing one of the earrings. I wouldn’t expect this from jewellery at this price point. When I emailed to share what happened, I received a generic response offering 15% off a future purchase, which felt dismissive given the circumstances. I ordered a single earring online for click and collect on 22 November 2025. It is now 6 January 2026 and I have received no notification I can collect my earring or any communication from Alana Maria, including any response to my emails enquiring. Six and a half weeks!!! Disgusting service. Buyer beware. Alana Maria you have taken my money and not given me the earring I paid for. How do you think this is acceptable?What are you going to rectify it???
