I've been a loyal customer for years owning countless pieces of earrings, rings and necklaces but my recent experience was awful. The majority of my pieces have unfortunately broken and I returned hoping to fix one of my earrings. I was met with a dismissive "I guess" attitude when I asked for help. So impressed with both the jewellery and service at Alana Maria. Gorgeous things that my daughter and her friends love and so helpful when her necklace broke and they repaired it free of charge. Excellent brand, highly recommend!
This is truly the most incredible jewellery brand!! The pieces are sooo beautiful and are amazing quality.
I recently purchased earrings from Alana Maria and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. While the designs are beautiful, I had ongoing issues with the quality of the stud-style earrings. Within the first month, I had three separate earrings fall out, including one that was faulty and came loose before I ended up losing it.
