Staff were amazing!! I took my sweet time figuring out what I wanted to engrave on the necklace and the staff were very patient!!
My permanent bracelet broke😭
Alana Maria sent an email this morning with 30% off, within 15 minutes I had what I wanted in my cart to purchase only to discover the price was wrong! It came up 20% off. I emailed Alana Marie straight away and they responded 3 hours later saying the problem is now fixed. What I wanted was sold out, they then told me they can only sell this to me at full price now with delay. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I alerted you to a big pricing malfunction and you couldn’t even honour the sale price for a loyal return customer.

After being a committed customer to the brand for many years I received a passive aggressive text to pick up my click and collect jewellery item after ordering 10 days previously. The text said I had 3 days to pick it up as their process had changed to they only keep an item for a week. No mention of that on their website or email. If I didn’t pick up the order would be cancelled. I assume that means I would lose my money as well.
