Very overpriced and the worst customer service. Make sure to ask about prices before services. They charge excessively high rates under the excuse of “stylist experience”.I only received a basic trim and conditioning treatment, and the cost was unreasonable.
Excellent service, Candance was very kind, she explained the process to me, and the step -by-step. She was patient and pleasant, also answered my questions and made suggestions to Improve the health of my hair.
Keyla is a real gem. Best haircut I've had! She really took the time to understand the vision and executed perfectly. She also blow dried my hair with a low heat hairdryer and my hair has never been smoother. She was completely understanding when I was quiet and wanted to shut my eyes for the entire appointment. It was the most relaxed I've ever been at a hair salon. I don't live locally and I will absolutely be coming back to see her. Thanks, Keyla!
