One of the best experiences I’ve had! Dr. Erin was absolutely amazing. She supported me throughout my pregnancy, and the birth with her was smooth and safe. She’s incredibly professional and caring every step of the way. Midwife Karen was kind, calm, and always there when I needed her. Made me feel truly supported. Had our baby delivered by dr Neetika and had consultations throughout with dr Minke Burke. They were compassionate and understanding and extremely professional. Guided us for our first baby. Could not have asked for better care.
I do not recommend this service - this is by far the worst healthcare assistance I have received to date. - Practice does not provide eScripts, or electronic scripts of any kind - by mail only (often taking anywhere between 7 - 14 days). - My practitioner Dr. Lowes made several mistakes from beginning to commencing my time with Alana Healthcare, particularly regarding my scripts. - My practitioner was unreliable, often hard to get a hold of - resulting in (not kidding) up to 10+ visits to pharmacies waiting for her to fax th... read more
I made an appointment here and unfortunately had to cancel a few hours before as I had an urgent deadline come up at work. This was something I obviously couldn’t do anything about. They then said that I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee ($170) because I had cancelled with them before. When I asked when that was as I had never seen a gyno there before they said it was 11 years ago.. the receptionist even laughed when she said it because she knew how ridiculous it sounded. Prof Jason Abbott performed my laparoscopy and excision for endometriosis many years ago. I found him to be incredibly empathetic and competent. I knew I was in safe hands. I also love that he is supportive of naturopathic and nutritional adjunct therapies. He is an amazing ally for women and really restores faith in the medical profession. I know a lot of women with endo and other gynae conditions have had negative experiences with other medical professionals.
