Everything about my experience today was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. Dr Erin was absolutely incredible, she paid attention to what I was saying and finally I found a gynaecologist that didn’t think I was crazy. I walked out in tears because I finally got answers and the whole experience was exceptional
I am so grateful to Dr Lowes and the Alana Healthcare team for the truly caring and supported experience. Not always where you want to be, and Dr Lowes made the experience a comfortable and easy one.
One of the best experiences I’ve had! Dr. Erin was absolutely amazing. She supported me throughout my pregnancy, and the birth with her was smooth and safe. Had our baby delivered by dr Neetika and had consultations throughout with dr Minke Burke. They were compassionate and understanding and extremely professional. Guided us for our first baby. Could not have asked for better care.
I do not recommend this service - this is by far the worst healthcare assistance I have received to date. - Practice does not provide eScripts, or electronic scripts of any kind - by mail only (often taking anywhere between 7 - 14 days). - My practitioner Dr. Lowes made several mistakes from beginning to commencing my time with Alana Healthcare, particularly regarding my scripts. - My practitioner was unreliable, often hard to get a hold of - resulting in (not kidding) up to 10+ visits to pharmacies waiting for her to fax th... read more
