Alana is the best RMT I've ever worked with! She's super knowledgeable and has helped me work through several injuries and some chronic pain. She always listens carefully to my symptoms and co-designs treatment plans with me - it's fantastic to both feel heard and be able to rely on her expertise. She's truly the best!
I came to Alana after two back injuries just a few weeks apart, one from slipping on ice and another at the gym, and I’m so thankful I did. It was my first time seeing an RMT, and she made me feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for from the start. Alana helped me heal fully, and I now continue seeing her to ease the tension I get from sitting at a desk all day. She’s not only skilled and attentive, but also creates such a calm, welcoming space. I trust her completely and would definitely recommend her!
Alana is an excellent RMT. She's very attentive and listens well, changing what she's doing based on the day and situation. I've since moved away from Toronto but I still make the drive in just to see her. I'd highly recommend her for both injuries and for non injury patients.
I leave every visit feeling a huge difference! Alana does a great job finding the problem areas based on the issues I report. After my massages, the tension is reduced, my range of motion is improved and she provides useful exercises to continue the treatment. Highly recommend!
