Dr. Aylward is a very gifted surgeon. Unflappable and highly recommended by everyone collaborating along her side and the list is long. Truly you are lucky if you come across her because if she can't do it, no one can!! All I can say is Virginia Mason make her happy because you can't afford to lose her!!!!! She's a rockstar at her job... (:
I recently saw Dr. Alyward for a partial thyroidectomy. She was wonderful! She spent close to an hour talking with me before scheduling surgery. My incision is small and healing nicely. Her nurses and PA's were lovely to boot! I would highly recommend Dr. Alyward to anyone needing thyroid surgery.
