I had an awful experience with Alana’s Window Treatments. The owner showed up clearly unprofessional — she seemed disoriented, slurred her words, and was in no condition to complete the job. Things got so bad that she actually fell asleep in my home instead of working. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
I had an absolutely awful experience with this window treatment company. Not only was the service unprofessional and the work poorly done, but I also discovered that items were missing from my home after their visit. To make things worse, one of their workers used my bathroom and didn’t even have the decency to flush — I was disgusted. This kind of disrespect and lack of basic courtesy is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Beware before letting them into your home.
Just had cellular shades with power touch installed and love them. Joe was so informative and provided options. He came out quickly to measure and then installed them right after he received them. We could not ask for better service or product. I highly recommend Joe at Alana Adams and would return for any future window treatment requirements.
Much to choose from for all types of window dressings...Very nice and knowledgeable owner.
