Dr. Zwerdling is a kind and professional therapist. He was a wonderful listener who truly was taking in what I had to say. He helped me improve my coping skills when dealing with high-level stressful situations. He helped me decrease the majority of the maladaptive behaviors I was engaging in daily and replaced them with more appropriate functional behaviors that led to a healthier lifestyle.
