Alan Zloto and his front desk receptionists are very rude and disrespectful. I told them kindly that I needed a form filled out that was part of requirement for assisted living facility plus the family have visited weeks before this vacation happen to get it all filled out and it was in the front desk receptionist drawer not even filled out. The Doctor is amazing. Very caring and through. However, office staff needs to work in professionalism. All we can hear through our visit with Doctor is the staff in hallway joking and using profanity. Ridiculous.
