A lady ran into our Honda Van April 23, 2024 damaging it. State Farm Claims towed our Van away and after delay tried to send me from home in Fort Worth to NW Oklahoma City for a rental vehicle! (Anette or Donna tried to help.) SF Claims ignored a letter on fair market value from our Certified Mechanic who had serviced the Van since new, it was also low mileage, SF ignored it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My family has been using them for 30+ years. Every time we’ve had a change to our car insurance policy, they have mixed up drivers, VINs, every mistake you can possibly make. Most recently, they forced me onto my own policy because I was the title owner of my new vehicle, even though corporate said over the phone that I didn’t have to make the switch because we were still under the same roof.
