Today I called to cancel an appointment for Friday at 1:00 pm because we visit my mother who is 101 years on Fridays at 1:00 pm. Because I didn’t give the office (24 hours) two days notice, they are charging me a $50 fee as they have a policy of 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule appointments! Just complete a small treatment by Dr Yamada. He just completed treatment surgery by himself alone, very quick and smooth. He is also friendly to me, and front desk team in Foothill helps a lot too. Very good experience.
I couldn’t be more grateful for Doctor Yamada. I was visited by a couple very dismissive doctors for a long standing case of testicular pain that wouldn’t resolve itself. I was loosing hope, when my PCP sent me to doc Yamada’s office and I was seen by his assistant Ben! Ben took all the time in the world to ask me multiple questions and really go in depth about my symptoms and my discomfort. Will Never Go Back To This Doctor Again! Very disappointed. I get better care and treated respectfully from my Veterinarian and my Dentist. That should sum up Dr.Alan Yamahda to a T. He makes more money off doing cosmetic procedures in the office he crys all the way to the bank with a office so filled with patients ..what a shame. I would not have any procedures done by this Doctor!!
I was well pleased with my experience...on all counts.
