I recently visited this tent shop and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. I had a very disappointing experience with this window tint shop. The quality of the work was unacceptable, especially considering this was done on a brand new vehicle. The tint job was sloppy and clearly rushed.. They used pieces that were too small, leaving visible areas of the original glass exposed. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Even worse, during the installation process, the employee damaged my vehicle by burning the headliner with a heat gun. I brought my car in and they told me an hour and 30 minutes, I’ve been here for over 2 hours, and would have liked to know the real time so I could keep my schedule today. Then she started on another lady’s car first that arrived 10 minutes after me. A guy pulls up (I guess to assist her) and tore all of the time she put on, OFF. Then he, himself tore off tint several times, off of one window to redo it.
