Alan is such a wonderful guy. He sat with me to discuss resizing, repairing and redesigning earrings, bracelets, rings and a necklace. The work was done really well and in a timely manner! Would recommend and I will be back with other pieces in the future.
Alan’s service regarding a ring re-size was fast, affordable and done exceptionally well. Alan was also very approachable and easy to talk too making the whole experience perfect. Would highly recommend !
Alan refurbed my Grandmothers engagement ring and created a wedding band to match it. I had an average experience in the past with a different jeweller (who remade my Nan’s ring very poorly). Alan completely restored the ring, I finally fell back in love with it. Would highly recommend Alan - he was patient and explained everything he was going to do so precisely!
