Am i missing something normally in the past ive phone a garage told them what is wrong then make an appointment they fix it i pay thank you very much since when do you explain the problem book an appointment take it in they phone back tell you how much then ask you to pick it up then book back in next week not good if you live the other side of swindon shall not be using them again (fran what were you thinking)
