I waited over 3 months for a appointment it got canceled 3 times. I give up I will find a Dr that wants to take care of patients!!!! I can’t believe they think this is morally right and sound. I have been suffering for 3 months while these receptionists act like we are pawns!
Dr Langman carefully and clearly explained the results of my audiology tests, referred me for an MRI to rule out a possible complication, and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I found him to be good natured, informative, caring and professional. I'm relieved to be in in such good and competent hands. Dr Langman is obviously very competent.
A year ago I was referred to Dr. Langman after a lifetime of chronic ear infections and multiple reconstruction surgeries. I have to say, I have never felt more confident with my ear care since meeting him. He’s direct, to the point, and tells you like it is, which is exactly what I like about him.
Dr. Langman didn't listen to my concerns, rolled his eyes at my questions, rushed through our visit, and didn't communicate during the appointment - for example, instead of asking me to turn my head, he just moved it (weird normally but especially as our bubbles have grown during pandemic), and he stuck a qtip in my ear without warning (also every other ear provider I've seen has cautioned against qtips). He did a poor job, including missing issues, and I would not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Langman has made it possible for me hear after being born deaf. Seven years ago he introduced me to the Oticon hearing device & 5 years ago he did the amazing surgery that attached that device to my skull. Because of him I have been able to hear my children's laughter, my, husband say I love you & my grandsons beautiful words. Thank you Dr Langman for changing my life!
