Worst place ever not even open when they said they were!!! Don’t come here.
I had a very frustrating and unsafe experience at Use Allen Tire Shop in Columbus. I stopped by because my tire pressure light was on, and the employee told me my rear tires were cracked and unsafe. I agreed to purchase replacements, but things quickly went downhill: • They installed the wrong size tires, and I could tell something felt off while driving. • I came back the next day, and the man refused to give me the correct size.
