I am very satisfied with the technician, Jamie and Dr.Stern. I have noticed a change in the attitude of office staff and Starling procedures which is not positive. I was told that I’d have to pay $40. For refraction if not covered by my insurance. I explained that it’s always been covered and the girl responded that it will be $60 if I didn’t pay it then. The Medical assistant was fabulous
Had a 3 pm appointment on 1-22-26.After giving them my new insurance info,they took me in early and did all the preliminary work in quick fashion and after a short wait for eyes to dilate the Dr.came in,did his check,explained the results and I was out the door in less than an hour.Best service I ever received.
I didnt have to wait long. All the staff were pleasant and professional. From the receptionist, the lady that put drops in my eyes and the escort to the exit. Nice people.
