Dr. Alan Silverberg has taken care of my Endo needs for over 15 years. In that time he has always been respectful, provided expert care in a timely manner, followed up and never have I expressed a problem or concern that wasn't addressed with a full explanation any common person couldn't understand. Dr. Silverberg's care is the BEST! I appreciate him and the staff. THANK YOU
While I will admit that sometimes Dr. Silverberg’s staff can be rude. I’ve usually found that a compliment, even if I have to reach in finding one to use, can quickly change that. Being staff in medical offices is definitely not easy these days given the number of varying and often impatient personalities one is faced with. Dr Silverberg's office is ridiculous when it comes to keeping the appointments they set. I have been rescheduled a handful of time now for an annual ultrasound I was due for in April. (5 months ago) one of the rescheduled appointments I came in for and I was told they don't do ultrasounds that day of the week so I traveled over an hour just to be sent away and rescheduled. Saw Dr. Silverberg for an ultrasound. It was done by him and before I left he explained the results of this test. He is a very knowledgeable Dr. so thankful to be seeing him. He is very thorough in explaining where you stand. A great Dr.
He was so helpful! He was able to do my biopsy the same day after an ultrasound and I am so extremely appreciative of that. I also came early and was able to get in early.
