Dr. Schliftman is pleasant, until he's not. When he turns on a 12-year old patient and belittles her for responding to discomfort/pain from a procedure, it's time to look for another provider.
Dr. Schliftman always takes the time to listen to my concerns/issues. I could not be happier with him as my Dermatologist. In addition, he has an excellent staff.
Worst doctor experience I’ve ever had. Dr Schliftman was rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. Have never experienced or even heard of a doctor acting so disinterested in a patient’s condition and treatment even acting annoyed. He told me I misused the medication he prescribed and when I mentioned I followed the instructions on the prescription he raised his voice and yelled at me that I didn’t do what he told me to. Saw him for a skin cancer screening. Shortest screening ever (about 5 minutes). He was more concerned about talking about himself in front of the much younger nurse practitioner. So now I get to pay his bill with no faith in his screening and continue my search for a professional opinion.
Dr. Schliftman has been helping me with a very embarrassing problem, and I couldn't be happier with him as a doctor. He is honest, listens, and hasn't taken the situation lightly, as I feel many doctors tend to. I'm very grateful for him, and have recommended him to everyone I know with any skin issues.
Did a biopsy of a mole and ?lost? the mole.Called me next day and said they had found a specimen and it came back benign, but he ?couldn?t be 100% sure that it was my mole that was found and biopsied.I then asked him if HE had looked to see if it was my mole.He replied,?No, I look at hundreds of moles every day, so I wouldn?t be able to tell if it was your mole anyway.Called me next day.Said he looked and it wasn't mine and that I wouldn't be billed (I was).Now I have a terrible scar for nothin
Doctor shows up 30 minutes late for a 10:15AM appointment - when pointed out to him that he is late - instead of apologizing or explaining - his response is I am a physician - I am usually an hour late - go find a new doctor. For my wife he missed a mose cell - so we are taking his advice and finding a new doctor - BTW this is the only review I have written in the last 5 years - I am not a complainer - this doctor is a zero - time for him to retire.
