Called yesterday 1/28/25 9:15pm - diverticulitis flare up. Left all info with the answering service representative was told that Dr Plauka was the physician on call and will be reaching out to me shortly. Todays 1/29/2025 4:34 pm no call from Physician . Why lie to the patient that is in need of medical advice? Why have this option available if no follow up will ever be done. Thanks for nothing!
These woman need to find a new job that they care about . You ask them to relay a message to the Dr and they look to give you the runaround and lie saying they will and they don’t . Since they aren’t the ones affected by it and in pain then it doesn’t matter. They need better staff.
Secretary who answered the phone when i made my appointment was extremely rude and hung up on me ...very unprofessional!
