Called in to Quine’s last night to buy front and rear wipers for my car . As usual , they fitted them for free . There was a problem with the rear wiper , which meant that I needed a complete wiper arm . This was well priced , but proved to be a bit of a problem to install . The chap fitting this stuck with it patiently and managed to get it done in about 10 minutes . Sadly , I didn’t get his name and I can’t say “ he was wearing glasses “ , as all the staff wear them . I've used this shop several times even though it's not local to me, its a proper old school shop manned by blokes who know what they are talking about unlike some of the national chains out there. Bought some JB Weld today. Price on website is £8.00. Charged me £8.99. Not impressed.
Brilliant, helpful shop! Always have anything vehicle related I might need, sometimes have to order, but very quick with excellent communication. I was in there today and was able to have a discussion with a very knowledgeable member of staff, who helped me diagnose a difficult problem that I was then able to fix myself. Literally saved me at least £1000! Really top notch guys!
