Continued.. The receptionist took pictures of my driver's license and don't want my drivers information on the receptionist her cellphone. With fraud and identity theft rampant, I m just not comfortable with that. Besides that there is no privacy at this office. The receptionist and people in the waiting room could hear what the doctor was saying about my problem . It would help if the doctor tones down the volume of his voice. Furthermore the doctor speaks to me in a scolding manner. I didn't like that.
Horrible atencion por este dr, no vayas, me senti muy mal en su consultorio este es un dr que habla golpeado regañando desde que se presento entro con una mala actitud es despota, yo no pido consulta gratis mi seguro esta pagando 5 min duro su atencion luego se fue y no me dejo preguntarle nada! Dr. Patterson is amazing. He is experience and knows what he is talking about. I feel safe in his care as he is delivering my baby. He cares about his patients and goes out of his way to show up for us. The office staff is also amazing they are nice and responsive always there to assist.
My mom had an appt with Dr. Patterson, the staff was great and the overall experience was good. When Dr. Patterson walked in, he did introduce himself but wasn’t too friendly. When he was explaining recommendations of what to take as far as menopausal medications, he was looking down the whole time while talking to us, and barely made eye contact while talking. As he was going out the door he was still explaining and talking while leaving out the door, other than staying in the room to finish talking. The overall experience ... read more
