I had received communication on my oldest a couple weeks prior to the doctors appointment in which I had made a year before hand. I was not getting any reminders on my youngest and made a call a couple weeks prior to the visit to confirm they had my new number on both accounts, not just my eldest. J’Nae is wonderful at her job. She’s the type to go above and beyond and her follow through is great. When she began gathering information for my new patient visit, I could tell instantly that she was very compassionate. I wish more folks in the medical field were like her.
