How unfortunate to go to a long awaited appointment in search of answers, and be completely disregarded. My history was not asked for, only yes or no questions. Then, a quick dismissal of my questions and concerns stating he could walk into Walmart and find 10 people “just like me”. I’m not sure if he is terribly disconnected from the reality of the pain and the burden people are bearing with chronic issues, or if he is simply burnt out. Please save your time and find someone who will listen.
Dr. Brown was amazing. He impressed me right away with his promptness and the way he knew my medical history. I was able to talk with him openly and freely and felt heard and understood. He answered my questions and now I finally have answers and don’t have to worry with the “maybes” or “could bes”

Awesome Dr. First time in a long time, I've had a Dr. spend more than 5 minutes w/ me. Dr. read all my history, reviewed all bloodwork and was well prepared. Saw some concerns and ordered more bloodwork . I felt that my concerns were his concerns and that he actually listened to me.
My appointment opened with Dr. Brown remarking, “Well, you don’t look sick,” which immediately set an unsettling tone. I didn’t expect to walk in and receive definitive answers to everything, but I was repeatedly told to “stop looking for answers,” a comment that felt dismissive rather than reassuring. I’m not sure why he chose to approach the visit with such an arrogant attitude, but his bedside manner clearly needs significant improvement.
