My appointment opened with Dr. Brown remarking, “Well, you don’t look sick,” which immediately set an unsettling tone. I didn’t expect to walk in and receive definitive answers to everything, but I was repeatedly told to “stop looking for answers,” a comment that felt dismissive rather than reassuring. I’m not sure why he chose to approach the visit with such an arrogant attitude, but his bedside manner clearly needs significant improvement.
Dr. Brown is awesome and he is taking such great care of my mom. His staff is also wonderful! We are never treated as an inconvenience! I highly recommend Dr. Brown! Christine Garren
