He was very thorough in his examinations of my eyes, & explained & showed me his findings in easy to understand language. No rush. Just a lovely kind, generous & professional human being. I found Alan after 3 bad attempts at having my eyes tested and purchasing new glasses, I just knew they weren’t right. After one appointment with Alan my eyes were perfectly scripted and I haven’t had a single issue since. My glasses have always been amazing but the most special part is how incredible he and his team is. They always make you feel so welcome, so special and so taken care of. Alan Mings Optometrist is amazing! I had something stuck in my eye & they kindly squeezed me in at short notice. The receptionist was so lovely & helpful. Alan was incredibly knowledgeable & took great care making sure everything was ok. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
