My partner thought he had something in his eye so Alan was able to see him within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon and confirm that it was just a cut and helped soothe it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were worried we would have to go to the hospital but Alan helped so quickly! Very much appreciated

He was very thorough in his examinations of my eyes, & explained & showed me his findings in easy to understand language. No rush. Just a lovely kind, generous & professional human being. I found Alan after 3 bad attempts at having my eyes tested and purchasing new glasses, I just knew they weren’t right. After one appointment with Alan my eyes were perfectly scripted and I haven’t had a single issue since.
