I own a Kia Cerato GT and have brought it to Alan Mance Kia for service twice in the last year specifically to fix ongoing Android Auto/CarPlay disconnection issues while driving. On both visits, I clearly explained the problem, showed videos of it happening, and advised the service team that I had already installed the latest software update from the official Kia website. I needed to fix some parts of my Kia, and Connor was absolutely the best person to deal with! He works in the parts/service department and really goes above and beyond. I had to wait for the parts to arrive, but as soon as they came in, he contacted me right away. I work full-time during weekdays, and when I asked if there was any chance to book a slightly later time, he made it possible for me. Such great service!
