Started well, accommodating for the test drive, negotiating the price, then didn't pick up my call and they sold the model to someone else an hour after I tried to contact them to buy it, didn't even think to call me after we negotiated a deal.
Rude customer service, hung up on me whilst still talking and arrogant on the phone Been taking my car here for a few years, but now I won't be back @ Manager, speak to the lady at the front desk with the rude service who has now made you lose customers.
Last vist was the worse experience ever they are money hungry grabbers they created problems on my car to bring it back to fix again after had something fix on it warning customer
