He was my primary for 5 years before I switched. I described an issue with my neck that progressively got worse. He told me that aches and pain came with age. I told him I needed an x ray and an mri. He told me to get some otc pain relievers and sent me on my way. After two years of that, I finally switched. He didn’t have any notes on the issues I described to him, so my new primary had to start over as if the symptoms were brand new (which, if you’ve dealt with insurance, you know is a hassle). If I could give him 0 stars I would. He is neglectful and will google symptoms in front of patients. Do not go to this dr if you actually want to be treated! Office staff will hang up on you if they don’t feel like answering your questions. Horrible! He needs to retired he’s checked out!
