Great cardiologist! You will have to look no further. Full diagnosis evaluation and care. Polite Staff.
I went to Dr. Schwartz, and was ordered an echo, and stress test. I completed the echo test, and was never given a stress test. I kept calling the office for three month's, and I was told it's pending approval from my insurance. I gave up, and never went back to his office. I found out 3 years later the results of my echo test after my pulmonologist request my records from Dr Alan's office. I was told I had a heart condition, and needed to go back to Dr Alan. First off I like Dr Schwartz. It is the horrible staff you have to get through to deal with him. Just went to pick up my records. The overweight black lady and oriental lady at front desk were not busy. The phones were not ringing. Yet every time I called they hung up or didn't answer. I walked into the clinic with my phone ringing their line...when they saw me they picked up. Hmm go figure your busted because caller id and I am standing in front of you. Super rude front desk glad I am leaving!!
Excellent diagnostician. Listens. Respectful. Great staff.
