They have ridiculous office hours. They aren’t even open during most normal business hours. They don’t take appointments on Mondays for all services even though they are open. They aren’t always responsive at responding to emails/phone calls/voicemails. They give up after a while and send an email/letter in the mail saying that they are wanting to end their patient/provider relationship with u without even a warning just cause u can’t find a time that works for both them and u (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)….I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT... read more
Best dentist experience of my life, I have been going here for several years now. It is nice to see a private practice where everyone genuinely cares about you. I hope Dr. Gross continues his practice for a very long time.
Great service, awesome people. Dr. Gross is amazing, as well as his team. Special props to Lacey, she did my cleaning and she was awesome.
Dr. Gross is just amazing 🤩 the whole staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The dental assistant walked me through the process and made sure I had an understanding of all the procedures. Monica is so polite and helpful. She made sure my appointment was smooth. I’ve been to so many dentist offices. I have a mouth full of crowns and implants, But had never experienced such an amazing treatment.
Dr. Gross provides exceptional dental care. His knowledge and professional skills have made an immeasurably great dental health improvement for myself and my family. Monica goes above and beyond to help you. Thank you. Patricia
