He is the worst attorney. He wrote a letter to my sister who is suspected of financial abuse of my mother's funds to turn over the financial records to me as my mother's Trustee. My sister did not respond to his letter, and he never followed up. He was paid to update my mother's trust and we let him know my sister refused to give us copies of my mother's current will where she updated and left everything to me sister, instead of how she previously had divided equally among her 4 daughters.
